Custom Orders
All custom orders require a deposit. Visit our custom page for details. Please allow 3-5 business days for customization. Once your final payment is received, your product will be shipped. Notifications about your order will be sent to you every step of the way. For all custom orders, if a deposit was made and the product is unsatisfactory before finalization your deposit will be 100% refunded. If your product is finalized, a refund will not be granted.
Refunds, Damages, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All products are carefully packaged; however, we understand things happen. If you receive product that is damaged, please email wreathncompany@gmail.com and include proof of damage in your email. An exchange or store credit can be issued. Exchanges and cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of your order. Please email us for additional information and instructions.
Refunds, Damages, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please understand that used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will replace or refund damaged candles. If you receive a candle that is damage, please email wreathncompany@gmail.com and include proof of damage in your email. All candle cancellations must be made within 24hours of your purchase. Exchanges are allowed for another candle of the same size and price within 15 days of your purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.
Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for in-stock orders to be processed. For custom orders, please allow additional time (3-5 business days) for processing. After your order is processed, you will receive shipping confirmation about your order. Depending on where orders are being shipped, they may arrive sooner.
We ship through UPS and USPS. Economy shipping can take up to 10 business days from the date that the order is shipped. Standard shipping can take up to 5 business days from the date that the order is shipped. Holidays and extreme weather conditions can cause delays. We encourage all customers to order ahead of time.
With all the challenges of COVID-19, we recommend ordering early. Postal services are experiencing extremely high shipping volumes that may result in longer transit times. Estimated delivery dates are generally accurate but are not guaranteed. Thank you for understanding.

How do I take care of my wreath?
Our products are carefully made to last. Yes! You can reuse your wreath at your own leisure. Here are some tips to properly take care of your wreath:
- Keep your wreath out of extreme weather conditions. Store in a cool and dry place
- Use a coat hanger for storing
- Use floral wire for attaching any loose materials
- When it's time to hang again, use UV floral protection for wreaths that will be placed in direct sunlight. Use WD-40 (lightly), for wreaths in rainy conditions
- Use a hair dryer (on cool) to blow off debris
- Don't forget to Fluff. This helps to bring your wreath back to life and for presentation purpose
How do I take care of my candle
- Always trim your wick to 1/4" before you light your candle
- Never leave the trimmed wick, matches, or other impurities in the wax pool
- If the flame is burning to high, smoking, or flickering, then extinguish the candle
- Only burn your candle for 1-4 hours in one burning period
- Make sure your candle is not near blowing vents or under ceiling fans
- Do not leave your candle in the reach of children, pets, or unattended
